Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate you going the extra mile when I contact you . You are always willing to do the small things that make the biggest difference. As a HHonors Diamond member I certainly don't expect any special treatment because after so many years of business travel I have learned to set my expectations a bit lower than I would like. However my expectations are continually blow away when I have the opportunity to stay at your property. I want you to know that you have a great staff at this hotel and wanted to highlight two very special employees. Kara and Jessica that work at the Rocky River Grille & Lounge. They are great assets to your company. These two ladies always have a big smiles and always provide wonderful service. They take the time to learn about their customers and keep us coming back. THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT FROM THE TIME I CHECKED IN UNTIL I LEFT. THE GYM HAD A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT CHOICES, THE HOT TUB WAS PERFECT AND THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MU ROOM WAS AWESOME. THANK YOU. RON DUKE
I just wanted to take the time to once again send in a letter acknowledging the superior service that this property provides. I have had the pleasure of staying at this property off/on since it opened and unlike most hotels, they started with excellent service and have maintained it as time goes on. whenever I call and ask for the hotel to set something up for me, even last minute, they always come through and deliver 100%. My compliments to the management staff for maintaining the highest level of customer service and delivering that service at every stay. I wish my stays at other hotels made you feel like "family and friends" like this property does. Ken Wright
