What types of events are held at Spa Botanica?
We offer the ideal setting for corporate outings, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, couples’ parties, reunions and more. Enjoy a combination of spa services, quality time with your friend, family or colleagues.
Will the entire spa be ours?
Depending on the size of the group, we can host a private event most days. All require special advanced planning; please email Cltcc.firstname.lastname@example.org or call the spa at 704.454.1750.
Is there a fee for a private party?
Yes, private party use incurs a $200/ hour venue fee in addition to the services and gratuities rendered. Private venue fee may be reduced for parties of 12 or more. Please inquire for more details.
How many people are considered a group?
Four or more people receiving any package combination (multiple services, either standard packages or a la carte) are considered a group.
Is there a deposit?
A credit card number is required to secure reservations. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at completion of the party. Your card will only be billed in the event of:
Individual No shows & cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled service time.
Groups of 5-10 are required to give a one week notice to cancel and groups of 11 or more are required to give a two week notice to cancel. In such cases, cancellation charges shall include full price service fees and gratuity.
No changes will be allowed less than 72 hours prior to event and /or final confirmation has occurred.
Is Gratuity included?
Yes, for your convenience, 20% gratuity is included on all services, based on the pre-discounted pricing. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
Are food and drink provided?
We always provide fruit-infused water and Pevonia Vital-I-Tea. Special arrangements for catering are also an option. For more details, please call 704.454.1750 for more details.
