I’ve been with the Embassy Suites in Concord, NC since November 2006; two months prior to its opening. I’ve also been a licensed Esthetician since 2001. I am passionate about the Spa industry as a whole because it’s about EDUCATING guests on their OVERALL health and wellness. I have the greatest job and the honor of working with some of the best professionals in our field. We all are working together to achieve one goal; to provide the best experience to every guest and to live our own lives to the fullest. I’m from a very small town in Nebraska. Yes, I’m a Cornhusker! I moved to North Carolina in 2003 and love it. I am happily married to my best friend. We have a beautiful little girl who is our true inspiration and has helped us rediscover life in a whole new perspective.
Nikki Montanye – Spa Guest Coordinator
I began as a Spa Guest Coordinator in 1998 at one of the largest Salon and Day Spas in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over the years I have assisted many guests in customizing a spa experience beneficial to their needs and promoting an unparalleled experience at Spa Botanica. Seeing our guests after their experiences with their cares melted away is a reward in itself. I look forward to assisting each guest achieve the ultimate relaxing experience at Spa Botanica.
Lauren Bell – Spa Guest Coordinator
I’m from Paducah, Kentucky and so proud of it. I am a HUGE fan of UK Basketball!! I watch the whole season every year with my family. I’m very happy to join Spa Botanica’s team, I feel so much apart of their family already and look forward to being here for quite some time. I’m only 21 so I’m the youngest of the group and they definitely look out for me. Being a Spa Guest Coordinator is such a blessing. I’m the first and last person you see when visiting our spa. My goal is to make you feel immediately relaxed as soon as you walk through our door. Along with working the spa’s front desk, I am aspiring to receive a college degree in marketing and interior design.

I am a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of service. My principle clinical focus is pain relief, muscle/tendon issues, body stress management, pre & post surgery, pregnancy massage, lymphatic massage, and my favorite is “transformational bodywork.” I believe this is “real massage/bodywork” – where true healing and balance takes place for the individual. I am originally from England, and have lived in North Carolina for the past 21 years. I have been a massage therapist for the past 4 years and am absolutely in love with what I do. It is my passion to help you through touch to distress and help you relax reducing tension and stress to improve every facet of your life. Spa Botanica is my tranquil oasis where we can begin your unique journey together. Although I enjoy deep tissue and Swedish massage my specialty is Lomi-Lomi – a deeply relaxing massage incorporating long flowing meditative strokes and slow passive stretching, allowing for a total mind and body experience…..come and experience it for yourself!

I was formally trained in Massage Therapy at Florida College of Natural Health where she graduated best in class. I am classically trained in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and reflexology. And have continuing Education in Aromatherapy, hot stone, & Reiki. Through my years as a massage therapist, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in body treatments focusing on hydrating and distressing the body. I have worked for 5 star resorts in Florida before taking my talents and years of experience to the Embassy Suites in Concord, NC.

I moved to Charlotte in 1998 to attend massage school and never looked back to my native NY; I have truly embraced the Southern relaxed style and I love the weather here! During my free time, I enjoy playing with my daughter, running and eating (I am currently training for a 150 mile bike ride in the fall). I take pleasure in massaging people with problem areas to help relieve pain. The best benefit of working at Spa Botanica is when a guest leaves a treatment saying “Wow! I feel so much better”.

I just received my one year employment certificate and am proud to call Davidson my home. I received hands on training at various chiropractors and spas in the Charlotte/Wilkesboro area and have been a massage therapist for 15 years! Deep tissue is my passion, but I have discovered a love for Swedish and hot stone massages. I really enjoy traveling outside the US with my husband and hope to retire to Thailand where we recently got married!

Massage is truly an art form, of which I am proud to share. I graduated from The Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy in Cornelius, NC in 2004. Through my years of massage, I have been able to absorb practices ranging from deep tissue to relaxing hot stone therapy. I joined the Embassy team in May 2010. I graduated from Southeastern Institute. I have a passion for Swedish and Pre-Natal massage. I utilize my knowledge and massage skills as a massage therapist to provide a unique treatment for any type of services we offer to help you get the best Spa experience. I attended Wilford Academy and after graduation I attended Cristine Balmy for Esthetics graduating in 1986. Since then I have worked in all high end spas and salons. I have taken extended courses in my field to offer more advanced services to my clients. My specialty is clinical facials and I have worked for one of the most top plastic surgeons, the late Dr. Gerald Verdy. What I enjoy most is seeing results and making my clients feel as comfortable as possible. I enjoy relating to my clients and educating them on skincare tips and products.
Lori Sallade – Spa Guest Coordinator
I recently relocated with my two beautiful kids from Montana. I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Education. I also am a licensed Esthetician and aspire to work in that field at Spa Botanica soon. Besides being a single mom, hanging out with my kids, and working at the Spa and the hotels front desk I am also training for a half-marathon in the fall in Philadelphia.
Nancy Andretta – Esthetician
My main objective is to help men and women look and feel their best. I have developed a genuine passion for skin care and a sincere desire to help others. I have worked in the skin care industry for several years and gained extensive experience with comprehensive training in products, facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. During this time, I have helped clients find solutions to a variety of skin care challenges with positive and healthy results. I am a native of Rome, Georgia.
