"Parts Depot Company held their annual Owners Conference February 10th & 11th at the Charlotte/ Concord Embassy Suites. Wow! Our customers were impressed by the beautiful facility and suites they enjoyed. And, the location is great. Although there is much to do within a couple of miles of the hotel some of our customers found there was also a lot to do within. The Charlotte area was in much need of a conference center of these proportions. Our featured speaker was so impressed by the facility that he is inquiring about holding a seminar later in the year. Kudos to the staff for their excellent care throughout the weekend. Everyone we encountered was very professional and helpful. A lot of positive comments were also made on the food and service, all of which was excellent. Overall, we could not have chose a better place to hold our event and would recommend that anyone planning an event to make you their first call.
