Ingredients
• 2 8-ounce containers (2 cups) nonfat peach yogurt
• 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, chopped (about 1 1/4 cups)
• 1/2 pint fresh blueberries, (about 1 1/4 cups)
• 1 cup rolled oats
• Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
Divide and layer yogurt, rolled oats, blueberries and strawberries into 4 glasses, top with fresh mint leaves as a garnish (optional).
