River Caesar – our twist on the classic; crisp romaine tossed with julienne of red & green apples, parmesan & romano, cornbread croutons and roma tomato; finished with parmesan crisp

3-Bone Pork Chop – 48-hour marinate with soy, maple and red chili; char-grilled, oven finished and served with Big Island sauce
Pecan Roasted Salmon – pecan wood planked; basted with dijon & maple and topped with smoked tomato jam
Low Country Shrimp & Grits – jumbo shrimp, bay shrimp, tasso ham, andouille, sweet cream, tomato filets, scallions, mushrooms over our cowboy grits
Pan-Fried Buttermilk Chicken – with sweet onion & tasso velouté
Carolina Turkey Tenders – bacon wrapped and char-grilled; with sweet & spicy shoyu, honey & whole grain mustard sauce

Choose: Tournedos (3)-3oz or Prime Rib 10oz
steaks are cooked to your preferred temperature & brushed with our own Steakhouse Butter (sauces on request – Garlic Bleu Cheese Sauce, Mushroom Diane Sauce, Chimichurri Herb Sauce, Big Island Sauce)
